Shipping and Returns
We offer free ground shipping in the continental U.S. on any rug order over $500. Free shipping allows you to have rugs in your home “on approval” and enables you to see the rug in your house, in your lighting with your existing color palette and décor. Rugs look different in different settings, and since they last such a long time, we want to be sure that you will love your rug for many years to come.
You can expect your rug via UPS in 5-10 business days from the date of order, unless you are informed otherwise or unless you opt for expedited shipping. Next day or Two-day delivery service is available for an additional fee. We will email you the UPS tracking and you will be able to track the progress of your order. Some oversize rugs may need to be shipped with a freight company, and you will be given these details when your rug ships. UPS and freight companies deliver to your door, but should not be expected to bring the rug inside your home. We ship all orders “Signature Required” unless otherwise specified.
30 Day Guarantee
Our guarantee is simple; if you’re not satisfied with any item, for any reason, call us within 15 days of its arrival to receive a return authorization. There is no restocking fee, we just ask that you pay the return shipping expense and that the item(s) be returned within 30 days of the ship date in the same condition that you received them. We will gladly apply your purchase amount to an exchange or refund your purchase price in full.
Returning and Item
We will help you through the return shipping process. When you notify us that you intend to return an item, you will receive a return shipping label via email to affix to the return package. Call UPS to pick up the package, or drop it off at a UPS store location. We will issue a full refund less the return shipping expense when we receive the rug. We provide this service so that you get our preferred shipping rates via UPS. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your rug before shipping it.
The rug must be in new and clean condition upon its return in order to receive the full refund (no pet hair, dirt or damage to the rug). Please wrap the rug in its original packaging if it is not damaged. Seal all openings and bind securely with packing tape. If the rug is damaged in transit, we will not be able to issue a refund for it, but will assist you in any way possible with filing an insurance claim. Rugs dirty or damaged due to insufficient packaging cannot be fully refunded, so please pack the items carefully.

My Item is Damaged
Please do not refuse to receive your rug unless it arrives damaged. Restocking fees may be incurred if you refuse a shipment and do not go through our return process. In the rare event that your rug is damaged in transit, please refuse the item and contact us ASAP. If your item was damaged in transit and you were not home to refuse it, please save all the packaging material and notify us immediately.
Changing or Canceling an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us right away. We will try to cancel or change any unshipped order. If successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you when the change has been completed. An order is not considered changed or canceled until this confirmation has been sent. If an order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it and you will be responsible for returning the item to us. Do not refuse the shipment as this can cause delays in your refund, return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Rugs must be returned following our return instructions to receive a full refund.
Orders will usually ship from our store in North Carolina within 1-5 business days. Some items will ship directly from the producer within 2-5 days. In either case, you should receive your item within 7-10 business days. If for some reason your order is delayed, we will let you know via email, then monitor your order until it is delivered to you. Over sized shipments (rugs 9x12 and larger) may be too big for UPS and FedEx and will ship via truck and therefore may take an extra day or two. We are happy to facilitate expedited shipments using next day and second day delivery options for an additional fee.
