The Pendleton® Reserve Collection represents Pendleton's historic blanket designs rendered as finely crafted handmade rugs. The rugs are hand-knotted with approximately 80 knots to the square inch using high-quality New Zealand wool. We use handspun wool which creates a delightful variegated color, giving the completed rug a richness and subtle blend of colors.
The intricate stripes are inspired by the works of skilled weavers from the village of Chimayo, New Mexico. Multicolored horizontal stripes in garnet red, shades of turquoise, gold, soft grey, navy, sand and black.
