We provide in-house rug cleaning using a thorough, two-step dusting process to remove embedded particulates before washing. Rugs are hand-washed in cold water with mild shampoo, with soaking treatments for pet stains. Our in-house repair specialist handles minor repairs including hem stitching, selvedge binding, and hole stabilization. Rugs requiring extensive restoration are professionally outsourced to trusted specialists
